Printer Label Remote Access Support
Screen Connect Remote Access program which allows us to provide printer support for our customers.
This program allows us to securely access our customers’ computers and support the software that they use to operate their printers. With this tool, we are able to share files, take screen shots, message, and help train our customers on the software.
Each individual meeting is secured and only the host and client are able to access for the screen share. The client has the ability to end the meeting at any time; the host can only reenter with the client’s approval. During the screen share the customer’s camera will not be capable of being accessed.
We are very excited about this program; it will allow us to support our customers where ever they are located. This program also allows us to solve problem faster than walking a customer through the solution step by step.
